Hello, my name is Katarzyna Zak-Caplot. I am half Polish and half Czech. My husband is French. I am a language educator, librarian and museum employee. I conduct research on teaching languages in museum spaces. I work mostly with migrants and people with a refugee background. I'm Epale ambassador.

I like diversity of subjects, ideas and points of view. It is so inspiring for me and gives me a motivation to act.

I am educator, HR expert, and business and education trainer. My professional journey has allowed me to specialize in various fields, including recruitment and the job market, HR processes, adult learning, tutoring, career counseling, and developing future competencies.
Learning takes place also (and perhaps primarily) outside the walls of schools and universities!

I am currently Director, Education & Training Programmes and Learning Support at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology. I have been working in VET and Adult Education for the past 15 years I am also an EPALE Ambassador for Malta since 2016.

Education is essential not only for your survival. It is also very much fun and adventure.
